OBJECT AND GENERAL INFORMATION
Through the website cofaneti.com, information about products is provided, and online purchases are offered. Due to the content and purpose of the website, individuals who wish to purchase products must have the status of “customer,” which is obtained by completing the registration form and following the steps communicated by cofaneti.com via email. Customer status implies acceptance of the terms of use published at the time of access to the website.
Some pages of the website are accessible to individuals who do not register or make a purchase (hereinafter, “users”). Such users accessing these parts of the website agree to be bound by the terms and conditions in these general conditions, as applicable.
Cofaneti.com is intended exclusively for users over 16 years of age.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
Product descriptions on the website are based on our own information. However, product details, photos, videos, commercial names, trademarks, or distinctive signs on cofaneti.com are provided for guidance purposes only.
PRICES
All product prices listed on the website include VAT.
Shipping costs for physical products are not included and will be detailed separately. Customers must accept these costs at the time of purchase.
AVAILABILITY
Cofaneti.com will not intentionally offer products that are unavailable.
If a product is unavailable after an order has been placed, the customer will be informed via email of the total or partial cancellation. Partial cancellation due to unavailability does not entitle the customer to cancel the entire order.
PAYMENT AND SECURITY
The customer agrees to pay at the time of placing the order. Shipping fees, if applicable, will be added to the product price and communicated before completing the purchase.
The purchase receipt will be available in “My Account” → “Orders” on cofaneti.com.
The customer must notify cofaneti.com of any unauthorized or fraudulent charges immediately by email or phone to allow for appropriate action.
ORDER FORMALIZATION
Once the order is placed, with acceptance of terms and confirmation of purchase, Be Water HOME will send an email confirming the order details.
An order is considered complete when payment has been received and the product delivered.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Cofaneti accepts order cancellations if requested before production, as products are made-to-measure. To cancel, contact us via the contact form or email gerencia@cofaneti.com with “ORDER CANCELLATION” in the subject line.
DELIVERY TIME, LOCATION, AND LOSS
For all made-to-measure or custom products, delivery takes approximately 35 calendar days. Delays due to material shortages will be communicated with a revised delivery date.
While we depend on shipping agencies, we strive to deliver on the scheduled date. In case of loss, we will address the issue as quickly as possible.
RETURN PERIOD
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 business days from receipt to return it.
Exceptions: custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned unless defective or produced in error. In such cases, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of receipt via email with the order number to gerencia@cofaneti.com and keep the original packaging for return.
Unless stated otherwise, all headboards and benches are made-to-order.
RETURN PROCEDURE

Products must be returned in the same condition and original packaging. Proper packaging is required.

The item can be picked up by our transport partner, delivered in person by appointment at our workshop in Mas Miralbell, Tordera 08490, or sent via your own carrier (we are not responsible if the product is damaged in transit).

Once received and verified, we will refund the amount.
Refunds will deduct return shipping costs if we arranged pickup, and will be issued to the original payment method within 10 days of receiving the returned product.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect, in which case we cover shipping.

We will attempt to resolve any conflict quickly and appropriately. Consumers have the right to access extrajudicial resolution systems:
